Blogging BILETA - Blog coverage
In this much belated BILETA post, I post links to blog coverage of BILETA 2007:
A new blog by Michael Filby, Cyber Piracy, has the full paper and slideshow for his BILETA paper, “Confusing The Captain With The Cabin Boy: The Dangers Posed To Reform Of Cyber Piracy Regulation By The Misrepresented Interface Between Society, Policy Makers & The Entertainment Industries”. Link available here.
Geek Law Student, a first year LLB at Hertfordshire who attended BILETA, has promised coverage of his impressions of the conference — as soon as exams are finished…
Rowena, of The E-Identity Realm, has promised a full paper for her presentation, ” Big-bio brother is here: wanting, taking and keeping your DNA”.
Pangloss is now on the BILETA executive committee, and had a good time. I really enjoyed her paper, and look forward to the full thing when it is out.
IP Edinburgh mentions how much she enjoyed the presentation by Fitchen on competition law.
One would-be presenter had to cancel and blogs about his disappointment at Emotion - Expression - Experience.
Of course my earlier coverage is available here, and I will be posting some more about the conference soon. As the above list reveals, posts about the conference have been a little light. Surprising considering the amount of geeks at the conference. If you know of any posts for me to add, feel free to send them to me or post them in the comments.
