A short history of this site

This site has been around for quite a long time — especially in internet years, which generally are longer than dog years. It has, up until recently, mostly been a learning experiment in web design, site administration, and various other web activities. For more check out the Wayback Machine. The new look of the site is part of the greater plan to turn this into a full-fledged blog. The current policy is to post something, even if it is just a collection of links and an opinion on why they are interesting, at least 5 times a week. ~~The coming weeks and months will test to see if this is the case~~. Doing pretty well so far, even if some weeks are better than others…
